- If the 1979 date for X-Men Origins: Wolverine is used, this film occurs in 1994, six years before its release date.

- Comic containing an adaptation of the movie and prequel stories featuring Wolverine and Nightcrawler.
- X2: X-Men United
- Occurs after X-Men.
- X-Men: The Official Game
- Occurs after X-Men 2.
