I love comics, but I’m also one of those weirdos who really likes to know what happened in relation to what else happened. For that reason, I’ve put together a set of timelines which describe, as best I can determine it, a reading order that works for various publishers comic universes.
These are divided in to several categories:
- Marvel Timelines: The Marvel Universe
- The main Marvel Universe, Earth 616.
- Marvel Timelines: Miscellaneous Universes
- Various subodinate timelines for comics published by Marvel.
- DC Timelines
- Various timelines published by DC, including Vertigo.
- Miscellaneous Timelines
- Timelines for assorted series published by other publishers
- The Graphic Novel History of the Universe
- A multi-publisher compilation of history in comic book form.
- Non-Comic Timelines
- A place for those chronologies that are not entirely comic-based – or even not at all.
