MetroFAIL: The Upfield Line

The Upfield line has always been something of a poor relation in the metropolitan system. Over the years, it’s lost its various spur lines (Epping and Hurstbridge becoming independent, Fitzroy simply shut down) and even suffered through a period of running services only until 7pm each night and not at all on Sundays. MetroFAIL: North Melbourne Station

So, I’m not done kicking Metro yet. In fact, I may never be done, at least not while we still have privatisation. (But that’s a whole ‘nother, War-and-Peace-length rant.) In the meantime: something else Metro got wrong: the redesign of North Melbourne railway station.
