It’s important to me because it matters to morale – the people who actually do the work aren’t happy with Hailey’s willingness to defy the laws of biomechanics in order to win contracts, since they’re the ones who end up holding the short end. This isn’t the first time this has happened, you know, but it could be the last. There are rumblings, and we cannot afford to lose anyone right now.
